Stainless Steel Luer Lock Needles, NT Series: An increasing popular line is our high precision needle, using the national color code for the needle hub, differing from the economy needle.  The helix or threaded style hub also uses a high strength UV adhesive to bond the blunt end polished 304 stainless steel canula/tubing.  The polished tube goes through an additional de-burring process to ensure smooth dispense characteristics and more definitive cut-off of material.

Tapered Plastic Luer Lock Needles, IT & NT Series: All plastic, high density, one piece disposable needles which are a 1.25 inch in length, high density molded with a threaded helix hub on one end, and taper down to 7 different ID openings. These needles tend to create less back pressure when dispensing medium and high viscosity materials, and filled.
 
Flexible Luer Lock Needles, Teflon or Polypropylene: Our disposable flexible needles are based off our standard style of needle, but include PTFE or polypropylene canula/tubing rather than the traditional stainless steel. These are used in applications that need scratch-free results or the ability to insert the needle into a curved or difficult area. The are also excellent when used with many adhesives including cyanoacrylates, and more durable.

Threadlockers From Loctite

Threadlockers from Loctite are a single component anaerobic adhesive comprised of unique liquid resins that harden (or cure) to a durable solid when exposed to metal ions in the absence of air. The anaerobic cure mechanism allows the adhesive to flow and evenly settle to lock and seal threaded fasteners without curing permanently. Any excess threadlocker will remain liquid, and is easily wiped away from the assembly. They are designed for the locking and sealing of threaded fasteners which require easy disassembly with standard hand tools. Threadlockers protects against vibrations, loosening, leakage and thread corrosion. Cures without cracking or shrinking. Resists lubricants, solvents and most chemicals. Locks, seals and retains nuts, bolts, screws, fittings and assemblies. Stops rust and corrosion.

Choosing the right threadlocker for your application:

Low Strength: Purple color, removable with hand tools, good for adjustment screws, calibration screws, meters and gauges, and for fasteners up to 1/4" in diameter

Medium Strength: Blue color, removable with hand tools, good for machine tools and presses, pumps and compressors, mounting bolts, gearboxes, and for fasteners up to 2" in diameter. Available in liquid, tape and stick formats.

High Strength: Red color, for permanent assemblies, heavy equipment, suspension bolts, motor and pump mounts, bearing cap bolts and studs, and for fasteners up to 1" and larger in diameter

Kapton Polyimide Tape

IN6430 Air Ionizing Gun From Transforming Technologies

Transforming Technologies' IN6430 Ionizing Air Gun is an effective static eliminating device that integrates best-in-class AC performance, mechanical and ergonomic design features into a superior and affordable package.

Typical AC ionizing guns require stiff and bulky high voltage (HV) cables to connect the gun to the power supply. Over time these HV cable fails. DC ionizing guns eliminate HV cables, but ion balance is limited. DC emitter points are vulnerable to physical damage, contamination and erosion, all during normal use.

The IN6430 uses Ptec™, a specialized piezoceramic technology, to create a high frequency AC ionizing output with exceptional balance and decay performance. We eliminate HV cables by locating the power supply in the ionizing gun handle. Our OSHA compliant emitter nozzle protects both the operator and ionizer. Emitter contamination and wear are virtually non-existent with AC ionizing guns.

Ionizers that use Ptec™, technology do not require calibration and only minimal maintenance.

General Purpose Staticide® From ACL Staticide

Using General Purpose Staticide^® from ACL Staticide can prevent damage of sensitive electronic equipment, components, and sub-assemblies during manufacture, shipping or receiving by reducing a static charge to zero volts. This solution inhibits charge generation on all surfaces it's applied to including tote boxes and carriers used to process and store electronic components. Using General Purpose Staticide^® can also reduce dust, dirt, and bacteria attraction by removing the charge. Non-toxic and safe to use, this solution can be used in industrial, institutional, and commercial environments.

Every Staticide^® topical dilution is proven to be effective in relative humidity below 15%. Exceeds MIL-B-81705 specifications for static decay in accordance with Federal Test Standard 101, method 4046. One gallon covers approximately 2000 sq.ft. and will last from weeks to months, depending on the application and the material it's applied to. Staticide^® topicals can be applied by spraying, wiping, dipping, transfer roller coating, gravure coating or flexographic printing.

Hakko FR-830 Preheater

The Hakko FR-830 is a compact and low cost solution to preheating printed circuit boards. The FR-830 incorporates the same higher performance and FR-803B integration feature as the FR-820, but with improved durability over all previous Hakko hot air preheaters.

The integrated self-resetting overheat protection, high pressure fan and convex outlet reduces heat buildup and prevents blockage of the outlet. The angled heater tube protects the heating element from damage caused by debris that may accidentally drop inside the heater opening. Closed loop temperature control allows the output air temperature to be set anywhere between 150-300 degrees Celsius.
