Techspray Clearnoom Swabs: Techswabs are precisely designed, manufactured and packaged to serve a wide variety of cleaning and maintenance needs. Foam swabs are ideal for class 100 use and for precision cleaning where linting needs to be avoided. All foam swabs are manufactured with 100 pores per inch reticulated polyurethane foam, which ensures excellent absorbency while minimizing contamination. Tips are affixed by heat seal to prevent tip loss, even while saturated with solvent. Flexible tips provide versatility and softer touch, while rigid heads allow for more aggressive cleaning.

Polyester swab and wipe components are laundered first in our Class 10 (ISO Class 4) cleanroom.Coventry’s Aqua-Prime™ process reduces particles, ionic contamination and non-volatile residue. The Aqua-Prime™ process cleans the swabs with a purified proprietary solvent blend.
